ABSTRAK
Abstract – The increasing number of student at Islam 45 University makes academic service department has difficulty in managing students
and lectures without information technology-based management information system, so implementation of this system is a must.
Although this system has been implemented in our university for six months, the policy and strategy has not discussed yet at managerial level, especially at information technology division. We propose the additional system for ensuring connection between IT and management using Active Directory from Microsoft Windows Server and other protection systems. Testing result for operational desktops shows good result that we believe we can minimize the fraud from the users.
